Carol Siegel, professor, English, WSU Vancouver, received a fellowship through the WSU Office of Research 2018 Arts and Humanities Fellowship Program for her monograph project, “Sexed, Raced, and Erased: Jews in Contemporary Visual Media.”
JenniferSchwartz and Erik Johnson, associate professors, sociology, presented “Sex Stratification in the Criminal Enterprise: Crimes Against the Environment” at the Institute for Criminal Law & Criminology, Leiden University, Netherlands.
Schwartz and Johnson were also invited to present “Women’s and Men’s Participation in Business-related Crimes Against the Environment: Sex-stratification in the Criminal Enterprise” at the Netherlands Institute for the Study of Crime and Law Enforcement, Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Justin T. Denney, associate professor, sociology, and colleagues authored “Cancer Screening Utilization among U.S. Women: How Mammogram and Pap Test Use Varies Among Heterosexual, Lesbian, and Bisexual Women” in Population Research & Policy Review.
