Thanks to your commitment, we\u2019re not just moving forward, we\u2019re gaining momentum. We\u2019re advancing education, accelerating research, and enriching our community with purpose and energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your belief in our mission keeps us going. You\u2019re a vital part of the progress we\u2019re making, and we\u2019re excited to share a few highlights from the past year that reflect the impact of your support. There\u2019s so much more ahead, and we look forward to keeping you connected to the incredible work you\u2019re helping make possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With heartfelt appreciation,<br>GO COUGS!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>3 faculty members were sent to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbdna.org\/events-programs\/conferences-symposiums\/\">CBDNA Athletic Band National Conference<\/a>, where the CMB was recognized as one of the 5 best shows of the biennium, and all three faculty members presented on the national stage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clothing was purchased for cold-weather games, such as long-sleeve mock neck shirts to wear under the uniforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Most importantly, we were able to contribute a significant amount from this fund ($15,000) along with other campus-wide contributors to bring the entire band to the Holiday Bowl in San Diego.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thank you for helping us build momentum.
