Below is a guide to the services and support we provide to help you achieve your goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading  wsu-font-size--xxmedium\">Scholarships<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Send out all scholarship notifications to students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide up-to-date fund balances to units and scholarship committees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate communication with scholarship committees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create flyers and mass communication for student outreach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading  wsu-font-size--xxmedium\">Events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and provide event lists for alumni and donors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop email invitation templates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supply pledge cards and envelopes for fundraising events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading  wsu-font-size--xxmedium\">Alumni Engagement for Lectureships &amp; Class Presentations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Arrange and pay for speaker parking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide CAS-branded swag bags for speakers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and recommend alumni\/donors as potential speakers or attendees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading  wsu-font-size--xxmedium\">List Requests for Newsletters &amp; Events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all pertinent rules related to alumni and donor lists and communication controls (do not contact, no solicitation, etc\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide alumni lists for units traveling to conferences or other engagements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure data is correct for newsletter distribution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading  wsu-font-size--xxmedium\">Annual Giving &amp; CougsGive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in identifying key fundraising priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and manage unit-specific giving pages for CougsGive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create annual giving content and solicitations on behalf of the College in support of departmental priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the WSU Foundation Annual Giving Team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide strategies and outreach support for CougsGive and Giving Tuesday to maximize donor participation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading  wsu-font-size--xxmedium\">CougStarter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Share information and guidance with student groups and clubs interested in fundraising.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading  wsu-font-size--xxmedium\">Stewardship<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Generate and distribute gift reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with departmental stewardship efforts when appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading  wsu-font-size--xxmedium\">Gift Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Process checks and facilitate deposits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate QR codes and direct links for online giving for specific funds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading  wsu-font-size--xxmedium\">Social Media &amp; Online Giving<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Draft fundraising-related content for unit websites and giving pages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the Communications team on social media strategy to promote giving opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide messaging and campaign materials for digital fundraising efforts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We are committed to being a resource and strategic partner in your development efforts.
