From identifying funding opportunities to ensuring research compliance and more, grant and fellowship proposal writing requires attention and resources. In addition to the CAS GFS team<\/a>, these WSU resources are available to help develop competitive proposals and applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Office of Research Support and Operations (ORSO)\/WSU Policies and Guidelines<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ORSO is the university’s central office to manage research-related legal and ethical compliance as well as proposal processing and submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MyResearch<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This research database tracks and helps manage grant proposals, awards, and protocols. It includes a proposal development toolbox and links to mandatory training, including the CITI Responsible Conduct of Research<\/a> module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PIVOT<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

PIVOT is a comprehensive database of federal and non-federal funding opportunities (requires registration using a WSU email account).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Office of Research Advancement and Partnerships (ORAP)<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ORAP serves as the university’s central proposal development service for federal funding opportunities. Among other activities, ORAP offers a variety of workshops and trainings<\/a> on proposal development topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Office of Foundation Relations<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This office supports funding proposals to private foundations such as the MJ Murdock Charitable Trust, Gates Foundation, and many more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sponsored Project Services (SPS)<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
