The experiences of those who lived near and worked on Washington’s Grand Coulee Dam, built in the 1930s-40s, are explored in images, documents and objects in an exhibit at WSU Pullman April 21-Sept. 2.

“Concrete Dreams: Living With the Grand Coulee Dam,” is on display in WSU Manuscripts, Archives and Special Collections on the ground floor of Terrell Library. An opening reception with light refreshments will be at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 21.

The exhibit is presented by students in the spring History 529 course in cooperation with MASC and sponsored by the History Graduate Students Association and the George and Bernadine Converse Historical Endowment.
