The CAS believes that equity and access are keys to creating a culture where high-quality education and research can thrive. We are also committed to doing the work necessary to nurture and sustain a culture within which new ideas and topics are rigorously researched, tested, and debated for the benefit of all. As the Associate Dean for Outreach, Access and Strategic Initiatives, it is my duty and honor to work with all CAS constituents to create an environment in which all of CAS feel empowered to provide a world-class educational experience for our students and a world-class employment experience for our faculty and staff.
