All nomination packets must include the following materials and be submitted as a single email to cas.awards@wsu.edu.
CAS Awards Nomination Form
Use the CAS Awards Nominations Form to submit a nomination. In the form, you will specify who should receive a copy of the nomination, typically the unit or department chair or director, or a committee of reviewers.
Nomination Letter
A broad description of why the nominee is deserving of the award. Cite specific examples and focus on the impact of the nominee’s work within the discipline, unit, across the institution, and/or on students as appropriate. List external recognition of note. Limit to one page. See individual award descriptions for details.
