We are pleased to announce that the Graduate School will be hosting several training sessions to support departments in processing Graduate Academic Student Employee (ASE) appointments for Spring 2026.
Although these sessions were included in the recent Graduate Briefings, enrollment has been lower than anticipated. Accordingly, we are issuing this separate notice to ensure departments are fully informed of the opportunity and to encourage broader participation.
These sessions will provide key updates and guidance on processing ASE appointments for the Spring 2026 semester, including important policy and procedural changes, Workday processing information, and big team updates.
