Purpose
Recognizes faculty who have demonstrated outstanding accomplishments in teaching, scholarly and creative and/or service activity early in their professional career.
Criteria
A record of outstanding accomplishments since earning a terminal degree, and growing evidence of the positive impact of this work for their discipline, WSU, and/or its students. Nominees will be evaluated on their body of work since arriving at Washington State University.
Specific Eligibility
Career Track faculty within the college who are at the assistant rank at WSU at the time of nomination.

All nomination packets must include the following materials:
- Nominee’s Curriculum Vitae
- Date of first faculty appointment at WSU
- Nomination Letter (Limit of one page)
A broad description of why the nominee is deserving of the award. Cite specific examples of relevant accomplishments and recognition. Award-specific criteria are listed above.
