Faculty members, staff, and students in the College of Arts and Sciences can request technology assistance by submitting a ticket to the CAS IT group.  

We can help you with a range of services, such as: 

  • Computer and mobile device management 
  • Printer installation 
  • Setting up shared files 
  • High performance computing (Kamiak) 
  • Data sharing, and more. 

Search the WSU Knowledge Base for information and how-to articles on everything from Workday to voicemail to Microsoft Office.
