Intake Sheet for College of Arts and Sciences Proposals The CAS Grant and Fellowship Support (GFS) team supports all CAS faculty with grant proposal budget development and certification as well as eRex preparation and submission. Faculty must work with a certified pre-award administrator on these processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with all federal, state, and university laws and regulations. To initiate pre-award assistance for a grant proposal please fill out the form to the extent possible. Your project will be assigned to a GFS team member, who will be in touch with you soon. If you have any problems or concerns with the form, send a message directly to cas.gfs@wsu.edu. Please plan to submit proposal documents to the GFS team 10 business days prior to the sponsor deadline, per Office of Research Support and Operations (ORSO) policy.
