Six CAS students earn Pac-12 academic honors

Washington State University’s 2020 Winter Academic Honor Roll included six CAS outstanding student-athletes, four from women’s swimming and two from women’s basketball.

Any student-athlete on his or her respective team roster with a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or above, and who has served at least one year in residence at the institution, is eligible to receive all-academic honors.

Shir Levy — psychology, women’s basketball

Payton Bokowy — data analytics, women’s swimming

Lauren Burckel — biological sciences,  women’s swimming

Keiana Fountaine — psychology, women’s swimming

Paige Gardner — biology, women’s swimming

Taylor McCoy — political science, women’s swimming*

* Previous All-Academic award honors

A total of 14 WSU student-athletes were named to the 2020 Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll, including team members from men’s and women’s basketball, gymnastics, men’s and women’s swimming and diving, and wrestling.
