In the November 2026 issue of Ceramics Monthly, Heidi McKenzie reviews the 2025 featured exhibition of “Rebel Girl: You are the Queen of My World” at NCECA in Salt Lake City, Utah. Curated by Rebekah Bogard, the exhibition featured female artists including Kim Dickey, Sana Musasama, and Io Palmer, professor of art at WSU. McKenzie specifically cites Palmer’s piece Meander as a highlight, saying the work “incited wonder and curiosity from the makers and viewers who visited.”
