Honors for commitment to community
Twenty College of Arts and Sciences students from 12 disciplines on three campuses, along with two CAS faculty members, were honored this spring for their outstanding commitment to the University and their communities.
Established in 1996, the WSU President’s Awards for Leadership are bestowed annually to students , faculty, and community organizations system-wide who demonstrate exceptional leadership and service and who support leadership development in WSU students.

Both undergraduate and graduate students advance leadership and engagement at WSU. Recipients have demonstrated exceptional leadership and service to students, the University, and/or their local community. The CAS-affiliated students are
