Excellence in Teaching
Recognizes graduate students who exhibit exemplary teaching performance in the classroom.
Specific eligibility: Graduate students enrolled in a master’s or Ph.D. program in any discipline within the College of Arts and Sciences who is on track to complete their degree during 2016 (spring, summer, or fall).
Nomination packet should include: Documentation of excellence in classroom teaching, including outstanding student evaluations; specific examples of pedagogical innovation or scholarship, meritorious classroom performance, and a range of teaching responsibilities; additional demonstration of instructional contributions outside the classroom. Strong letters of support or testimonials from students and mentors are required.
CV limit: 10 pages.
