Faculty career advancements

Collage of unnamed faculty and staff members.Twenty-four College of Arts and Sciences faculty members across the WSU system were promoted and/or granted tenure for 2022—the most career advancements awarded by the Office of the Provost to any of the institution’s 11 colleges this year. Tenure and promotion recognize scholars who are leaders in their fields. Promotions were awarded to faculty in both tenure-track and career-track positions.

All newly tenured and promoted faculty will be honored during Showcase, the university’s week-long celebration of academic excellence at the end of March.
