French major earns national distinction

Vanessa Giramata. French and economics double major Vanessa Giramata, from Rwanda, is the university’s first finalist for the nationally competitive Schwarzman Scholar award, said April Seehafer, director of WSU’s Distinguished Scholarships Program.
