Recognition Awards

Each year, the CAS Appreciation and Recognition Social brings faculty, staff, students, and alumni together to celebrate our collective achievements and to honor outstanding accomplishments by our community of scholars and professionals with a wide variety of awards.

The college is comprised of more than 550 faculty and 850 graduate students, nearly 200 staff. Approximately 1,000 undergraduate seniors graduate each year.

Faculty are recognized for their exemplary contributions in research and creative activities, teaching, and professional and institutional service.

Administrative professionals and civil service staff are honored for demonstrating excellence in their area of expertise, ranging from administrative support to academic advising to information technology services, and more.

Graduate students are recognized for their outstanding accomplishments in research and/or artistic creativity during their academic career at WSU.

Outstanding seniors in each of our undergraduate degree programs are recognized for academic excellence and service to the institution and community.
