Elena supports so many music students by being their collaborative pianist. We a particularly grateful for her each finals week when she plays for student juries, sometime play for 20 or more students in a day! All with a supportive smile!

I’ve always enjoyed working with Allison. She is committed to her students and department. Additionally, she does so much for the campus and University community. I’m so glad to know Allison.

I am thankful to have such a great graduate studies director in PPPA. He cares about the students, and is wonderful about helping make the whole process of graduate education better in political science.

Kim goes out of her way to lift others up, especially graduate students. She is conscientious of how to provide constructive feedback while also incorporating positive reinforcement. So glad she decided to come to WSU!

Glenn always goes beyond his job description to help faculty and graduate student at SBS. For instance, he will look into ways and call people around when you need help with something even if it is outside his job description. He truly is a gift to SBS.

Arlene is the driving force behind the visibility of all 18 College of Arts & Sciences academic programs at numerous prospective student campus visit events every semester. Chelsea is a fierce, stylish, compassionate steward of magic in our department. Her ability to make people feel good, accomplish tasks and generate healthy community is beyond measure. We are grateful. Her emails never find me and I am free.

Aaron Whelchel supports the history program in fundamental ways, from advising all of the Vancouver majors to tracking course scheduling and advising the History Club. He offers many useful insights and always considers the good of the team. Very grateful to have him as a colleague.

Janet is an amazing colleague. I appreciate working with her on various committees. She’s a joy to work with and very smart.

Elly has stepped up ensure our students in TRIO STEM are supported through staff transitions in the program while maintaining all of her other responsibilities on campus. She does this with a positive attitude and open mind. WSU Tri-Cities is a better place because of Elly’s leadership!
